Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is mandatory for processing returns.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo or video proof may be required for verification.
- Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a replacement or full refund.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Request – Contact our customer support via email or call within the return window.
- Approval & Pickup – Once approved, a courier partner will be scheduled for pickup (wherever serviceable).
- Quality Check – The returned product undergoes a quality inspection.
- Refund/Exchange – Upon approval, refund or exchange is initiated.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Refund timelines:
- Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to beneficiary bank account within 5-7 days.
- COD orders: 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests can be placed for size or color variations (if available). Exchanges for the products will be done within 5-7 days.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
- In case of misuse, missing items, or products not meeting return conditions, the request may be declined.
